1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HifzNet services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

HifzNet provides encrypted cloud backup and synchronization services. We offer various subscription plans with different storage limits and features. Service availability and features may change with notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Backing up your encryption keys and recovery information

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HifzNet to:

• Store or distribute illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in malicious or harmful activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual subscriptions only.

6. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.97% uptime for paid plans. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. Details are available in our SLA documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

HifzNet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Your sole remedy is service credits or termination of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
